Moose Meaning and Messages

In this case, Moose symbolism is letting you know that you – and only you – have the authority to make your choices in life. Therefore, the Moose meaning insists that you do not need to feel ashamed or pressured in any way by your friends and peers. It is safe for you to make choices that are different from theirs. This spirit animal teaches you to stand loud and proud and own who you are! In other words, your individuality is your strength.

Alternatively, Moose symbolism reflects the fact that you should spend some time developing your self-esteem. It seems to be at a low ebb right now and, like the Skunk, could use some bolstering.

Moose Totem, Spirit Animal

People with the Moose totem know who they are. Like the Jumping Spider, it’s one of their strengths. Similar to the Opossum, they have integrity and always stay true to themselves in making decisions and life choices. Friends and peers look up to their knowledge and innate wisdom. Furthermore, folks with this spirit animal totem see life for what it is, a long journey with short stops to enjoy the spoils along the way. They move through life with pride and authority.

Moose Dream Interpretation

When you have a Moose dream, it signifies that you must pay close attention to the elders around you. They hold the wisdom of days gone by and can help you with your life lessons. To dream of this spirit animal in its natural habit, like the Tarantula, symbolizes that you can expect a beneficial change of circumstances. Also, this change will take effect immediately. If you dream that you shoot this creature, it signifies that you can expect that some simmering family conflict is about to boil over. The presence of a calf in your vision means that a lucky break is about to happen. This lucky break is most likely in connection with a journey.

  1. I am so enjoying this Moose thread! Last night I dreamt of an old stone well, full of water, with Moose antlers rising up at the surface. They were covered with little green leaves, as if the antlers were branches. I saw someone place their hand above the antlers, as if to receive their energy, so I did the same. I wondered how the owners of the well could keep a Moose there, and if it could live in these circumstances. Then the Moose’s muzzle rose up out of the water for me to touch. Any interpretations welcome!

I had a vivid dream of a moose behind me. The moose was pressing its face into my back. I could hear and feel it breathing. I stood tall and grounded. I was still not wanting to move. I began to do deep belly breathing like I do during Yoga. I feared not the moose every though I was fully aware of it’s power. I did feel the knot in my back that I have had for years. It was piercing the more pressure the moose gave me. I stayed calm and breathed deeply.

  3. I don’t remember every detail of the dream . It was about a month ago. But I do remember that there was a male moose in the dream. I think he was an adolescent because he did not have a full rack of the antlers yet. Can anyone tell me what an adolescent male moose symbolizes?

  4. i dreamt i was with someone and we were standing at edge of a lake it was dark and i was calling a moose and one started swimming to me then i seen two more moose. i felt surprised that they heard me as they were coming towards me … i never dreamt of moose and i was in a working in a Ojibway community also when i dreamt this. ?
    any thoughts?

  5. I awoke this morning to a gorgeous cow moose staring at me from the near treeline of my bedroom window. It was as if though it knew I was opening my curtain and was waiting to look at me. I watched it eating and every now and then turn its head to look back at me looking at her through the window. I watched her until she finally started walking close to the house and look again at me through my office room window and then slowly made her way back into the bush line in our backyard. So huge and beautiful, looking on here it speaks the truth. PEACE, LOVE AND LIGHT!!

  6. I am having my mind blown by this description. It has made me think upon recent events in my life, and a dream of shooting at a moose in a dream. Totally accurate, and I’ll be watching my dream signs much more attentively.

  7. I had a dream last night that I was walking with my dog and we came around a corner and I spotted a baby moose walking towards me, but then I notice the parents laying in the front yard of a house. So I started to back Way with my dog who was quite this whole time. When they saw me they got up and started to snort at me, that’s when I started to run and the whole time I’m running it felt like they were breathing in my ear so loud but I kept running and came to this house, I didn’t bother knocking. I just opened the door Dan inside and shut it. it sounded so real, it woke me up out of a deep sleep and I could swear that I could hear it’s breathing in my ear a few seconds after waking and my heart was ready to jump out of m,y chest. I never have had a dream like this before, can someone tell me what it means. This all happened within the 2 1/2 hours I was asleep.

    1. This is close to what I would call a vision. Next time you have an encounter with a startling beast in your dream, say hello, and see what happens.

  8. I had a dream last night that I was walking around with my boyfriend after being with one of my youth leaders & we ran into moose like animals. I am not 100% sure what they were but the 2 most resembled moose. It was a mommy & a baby moose but there was a bison & that was the father. I was waiting at a triangular point on the side of 2 major roads, just watching the snow melt(in my dream it had snowed & I was just watching it vanish) & the baby came walking up to me. I began to pet it & hug it’s face but then I noticed the mother became very protective. She immediately came at me & I opened my arms ready to embrace her, too. She nudged very hard & pushed all her wait into me & being barely 90lbs I was able to hold all of the weight without being overbearing. I wanted her to understand I was not going to harm any of them & after a few minutes of me caressing her face & neck she began to understand & she partially surrendered herself to me as her baby had. The bison never stepped in, but watched from behind the mother. My boyfriend just watched this whole experience in my dream, I don’t remember him joining in but I slightly remember him warning me as she came into the picture.

    1. Just thought I’d comment because obviously seeing we have the same name drew me to your story. It’s beautiful! I really feel the dream was a good omen, I barely even remember my dreams anymore so it was very interesting! Good luck!

  9. I had a dream last night where a man had shot a moose and was skinning it alive. She was beautiful and still seemed vibrant despite the fact that she was shot and couldn’t get up and this man just started with her face skinning her without her being dead yet.
She was screaming and screaming and it got louder and louder and I tried to cover my ears but it hurt me all the way through to my core and I felt all her pain and anguish as if it was my own even though I tried to run from the scene it followed me and got louder and more intense. I can’t even describe the sound, was unlike anything I’ve ever heard and not moose-like or even animal like really…it was like a painful scared human scream and animal scream mixed together on such an intense level that it ripped right through your everything – if that makes sense.
It woke me up and I could still feel all that emotion and all that pain and it took quite a while for me to shake it and get back to bed. It definitely ranks as one of the most intense nightmares of my life.
Any ideas what this means? I have never dreamed anything even remotely like this or of a moose before.
    Thank you.

  10. I had a very vivid dream last night where a bull-moose was in my livingroom. He was injured, laying there, so large. He kept trying to get up and walk around, but his foot was hurt, bleeding. I kept telling him, “It’s okay. You don’t have to go. You can rest. Get better.” And I would put my hand on his ribcage. I felt very close to the moose.

Does anyone know what this could mean?

  11. Moose, Skanyonhsa, is the Warrior inside of us. Skanyonhsa is strong and fearless and wild. Her wildness is not to be feared or tamed. She stands tall and proud, and will call to us when we allow ourselves to become too tame and fearful. Being truly alive in ourselves is finding that balance between what is wild and what is civilized. Too often we become tame because of our fears and we lock what is natural and strong inside of a cage for fear of judgement and doing harm. We can be Warriors without doing harm, without killing, and without losing complete control. Skanyonhsa calls to us to walk free and tall and to be strong without having to impose our strength on the world around us. Strength does not require acknowledgement or force. It is there, inside of all us, only wanting to be allowed to walk as freely as all the other qualities inside of us. It is only our fear that requires us to confine our own strength or the strength of those around us. We have always had one foot in the wilderness, one foot in the garden. It is only our own fear and judgement that confines us. Skanyonhsa asks us only to allow our Warrior to walk free.

    1. Beautiful, thank you. I got a mamma and baby Moose outside my Colorado mountain yurt right now.

    2. You and me both!! Mama. And 2 year old calf!! She is going to have another…I hope she has it here with me … 🙂

    3. Oh I just love this! I feel your message is just what I needed. Time to unleash the warrior within. I am going through immense change and it is time to be brave now. Thank you for sharing this with us <3

  12. Moose, Skanyonhsa, has a very strong Warrior message among the Haudenosaunee people. Her presence is often a sign to trust in your inner strength and power, to know that you are stronger than you want to believe that you are, and with that strength comes responsibility, not just to others, but to yourself. If you know that you are strong then you no longer have excuses for not doing the things that you know you are supposed to be doing.

  13. I was at a wedding today after working extremely hard in the kitchen. I kept my cool as well as possible, and kept a good vibe around me. At the wedding I was gradually more and more upset, just not feeling it at all, until actually outright disliking it. I liked (even loved) everyone there so it was unexplainable. I’ve been going through romantic confusion and been kind of a “christ consciousness” slut lately. The wedding was extremely uncomfortable for me, and was a rare recent time when my Scorpio Moon conjunct Saturn conjunct Retro 29 degree Pluto had no choice but to emit bad vibes. Oh well.

After the ceremony, everyone was walking back to their cars to go down to the afterparty. I wanted to be alone so I walked realllllllyyyyyy sloooooowwwww until I was towards the back. I took off towards the woods ready to say I was going to take a leak if challenged. I HAD to be alone, I couldn’t “Christ Consciousness” love anyone then for some reason. Weak people using me for strength then poof, off to their stupid personal lives that they think is important. No one like me to commune with, to MERGE with, just people “playing” and using my spiritual power like candy. Thoughts like these.

I’m off on a trail I had never seen before. I see synchronicities constantly. I could write a million words recounting them but I see them so much that I just don’t have time. You can see “synchronicity” (messages from ‘Dog’/words from the Akashic Records, which is what they are) whenever you want if you just stop ‘doing’ all your bullshit btw. So my syncs are giving me flower petals along the path but I can’t see WTH kind of flower they could have possibly come from for quite a while. Finally I see a columbine and that’s it. But why were the petals strewn almost a mile before them where I couldn’t see any at all? I had a ‘gift’ on me in the form of a blue rubber band I was playing with that was teaching me mudras based on where I would “randomly” put it. It was all I had on me when I found the columbines (picture perfect, 5 and 5, I was just telling a friend about “fibonacci 5”), so I gave it to it. As soon as I layed the rubber band down (a blue halo) the flowers VERY sharply “bowed” down to them. You have telekinesis btw, it’s just not obvious. Try it on spider webs or plants that are going to seed. I’m getting to the moose btw, be patient.

So I follow some syncs that tell me to cut through a field, the path I was on was going far the wrong way. I end up going through an area with the remnants of campfire after campfire after campfire. Seriously were about …. 6-10? chared campfire remains. I’ve been communing with TONS of fire signs btw, and I am mostly water. Lots of Leo and Aries girls suddenly showing me affection albeit from a weird distance that makes it almost as good as nothing (Scorpio wants to MERGE or NOTHING so it’s not as good as it sounds. I’m NOT some smooth operator either, I have spectrum disorder so go figure). I also was being told my heart is experiencing a lot of fire elements (fire is upper right). This knowledge I don’t lay claim to, I only am a vessel for it.

So after much of this, I was playing music on my phone thinking about elements and whatever other spiritual “chewing gum” I perseverate over with my Aquarian spirit. I get to a secret lake off the perimeter of where I was supposed to be. It was perfect for sungazing so I did that. I was playing music and right when I got to this lake some lyrics about water came on. I’m getting to the moose.

After that I was listening to the song “Mouth of Ghosts” by Dillinger Escape Plan. It makes me think of tragically lost love, much like a widow would experience. I have already killed (or, allowed to die..) my kid so I know that the ‘Tao’ which speaks to me so clearly uses things like that to teach me lessons. So I was wondering “did I lose a long lost love in a past life, was I a widower at a young age in a past life when I was a soldier of some sort?” (I am an Aries rising and wear it well). So this was on my mind.

I’m finding heart rocks better than ever on accident, hearts in the rock lichen and such. I’m feeling like I am probably ribght about this assumption. Okay here’s the moose. Aren’t you glad you’re more patient than the rest of the Dogs with amnesia?

I get to this tall cement platform (in the woods) that is about 10 feet down. I’m willing to jump it but decide to hang off the ledge then drop from there instead. So I do that and then there are TWO substantial but dry tree trunks spanning a deep gap. At this point the idea of death was on my mind so I was playing the Radiohead song “Pyramid Song” (someone would later tonight tell me about finding pyramid rocks, and someone EARLIER had told me about pyramid visions they have doing yoga). But this song I had played over and over again after my ‘kid’ died so it is strongly linked with ideas of funerals in my mind. The lyrics are about crossing over (like in a boat) and I was a bit high above a stream. At the point of the lyrics that say “there was nothing to fear nothing to hide” I was midway across this log and decide to look up to push my bravery without slowing down. I hear the branch creak, creak, creak… the *** thing snaps but I am almost all the way across. I let it drop without flinching and it was the right move because down I go safely. But I stumble off of it, half in fear and half in relief. So I jump back to balance, look up, and 10-20 feet away from me is a fully grown moose. I can see salt and pepper type grey in its hair. I turn around and take the SECOND log back over without *** around at all. I was tempted to just hangout and test the limits because I have wanted to die often before I got control of my Scorpio Moon. But I hesitate for only a little and make it back across. I mean, why were there TWO trees across if not organized around this moment???

So I’m back safely across, the second one held (I have Jupiter, the lucky planet, in my 8th house of power and death, conjunct also with my Uranus “genius revolution energy”). I look back across and the moose did just about the same thing, bolted the other way. I get back to the cement platform and see the moose staring right at me, mystified. I am crying and appreciative that it didn’t try to kill me, and I pray to it and bow. I had read ON THIS SITE some time ago after a search for “death messenger animals” that Moose can represent death. I had been seeing/hearing moose synchronicity for the past…. 3 or 4 months on top of all of this, and even when NOT living in the mountains which is a recent change. I also was hearing this Ginsberg poem often that reads “Exhausted heart/ huffing and puffing the path/ why go on? / BANG! tree stump.” Just in front of me is a tree stump where I immediately decide to sit and cry and so I’m huffing and puffing, feeling horrible heart sensations and thinking about death, and on a *** tree stump. Well.

I decided that all of these messages were coinciding to say that yes, my idea that I am deriving much of my heart opening through death lessons in this life from a past life of having been a widower in some tragic way. This was all a few hours ago. I have not gotten more info on this unless something I saw in two beautiful sparrows being chased by 3 mean magpies RIGHT when a crow takes off from right near them plays out. Two lovers being bullied and possibly killed by a gang of thugs? Something like out of The Crow….? I have been seeing many Bruce Lee synchronicities and saw a Bruce Lee poster from the other side of a door recently, then very impossibly that same poster showed up in a free bin that someone who I “randomly” decided to tell scooped up and gave to me. You could say that some of these connections are thin, but all combined, you have to wonder “WTF” right along with me or accuse me of lying.

Thanks for reading. Moose as death messengers is spot on. Mortality issues abound.

As much love as I am capable of in this moment to all of you.

  14. I was looking for my cat in my back yard just now and I kept hearing noises from the yard diagonally across from mine (4 properties meet and all arefenced my back yard is where the fences meet) the noises sounded like the cat was maybe stuck in a tree or broken through the thick crust of snow and stuck in the soft and wet snow beneath…. I was shining a light and yelling for the cat and still only heard these noises so I grew concerned and threw on my boots and glasses and jumped both fences until I was in the offending yard… now these are no picket fences my friends, these are 6 ft high chain link fences with at least 3 ft of snow on the ground and lots of brambles and thicket to deal with… so I land in the other yard and break thru the surface and sink up to my thighs; I pull myself up with a prickly branch and regret grabbing it instantly… I am in the mean time still shining my light and calling the cats name… i know that about 20 ft from where I am there is a big old garage/shed; and the sounds are coming from between that big old building and the fence line (about 15ft between them) So shining my light I move forward until I am about 7 ft from the building and I see eye shine… and it is well above my head. It is dark and I do not see anything else but I feel scared right away and leap back as the creature was within 4 ft of me…. I break again through the crust and sink into the snow and because of this panick and I flounder until I reach the fence and uselessly jump sort of up sort of into it. It gets me nowhere. So I stop myself and listen… I hear the animal behind me coming through the tree line so again I more tactfully this time haul myself up and onto the fence. I stand on top of it where it meets the other fence for a minute and shine my light again trying to identify the thing that I just came nose to nose with…. I cannot see it; but I hear that it has followed me and moved more down that yard around the back of the building now. I am frightened at first… and then I turn my light off and stand against the fence and listen. I thought at first it was a horse. I could hear it’s nostrils puff out air abd I could hear it chomp chomp chomp ing on some vegetation (at this point in my mind I said please don’t let that be my cat and a bear) and I stood there for some time and finally the animal came into view from the trees and a HUGE old male moose stood there right in front of me; he looked at me; and ran his huge rack of horns across a large branch as if rutting; and to.mark his territory; and he stood there; chomp chomp chomp ing and puffing and snorting… and then he stomped his hooves a bunch and snorted a HUGE snort and stamped off across the yard hopped the fence like it was a crack in a sidewalk and was gone into the night. I was surprised it qas not scared of me when I approached it yelling my cats name and clumsily shining a flashlight at it… it was incredible because I was out there a total of 45 minutes with this moose literally within 10 feet of it.

  15. Last night I dreamed my husband and I were driving through an upscale neighborhood, admiring the homes when suddenly a very large moose ran across the street in front of us. I yelled to people on the street, “There’s a moose!” and it became a photo opportunity. Suddenly, the moose, almost sensing we were watching began to do cartwheels and summersaults down the driveway of a fancy home. I loved this dream. But what does it mean?

    1. Last night I dreamed of one of my old beloved cats. He was all covered in dried mud and I needed to clean him up. I had a silly little song I sang to him-to keep him calm while I worked with him. A bull moose-he had the horns, but more the size of a Newfoundland-he leaned down-his front legs in his knees and his but still high-but he was in the circle with us and very close to me, watching intently, and every time I sang a verse to my cat, the moose would mimic sing songing-like he was both learning the words and helping to sooth the cat. I’ve been walking around all day going “now what is THAT supposed to mean?”

  16. I had a dream where a man gave my husband a job, benefits, all was happy. I shook his hand to say thank you Mr.xxxx and he said my friends just call me “Moose.” Just call me Moose…ideas what that means?

  17. Last night I dreamed of a young moose he was running all over the place in the woods and fields and then I could not find him or her and then I opend a door to a home and the moose came out and nudged me but not to hurt me.

  18. I had a dream that i rescued a white moose calf from a pond of dead animals, moose , horse etc. The calf was grateful and wouldn’t leave my side it even ended up sleeping with me it was so attached.

  19. I dreamt that I was in some strange land with my two friends
Later they went ahead while I was running to get something quite far away, when I got the thing and had been running for a while and I came to a tunnel where at the end a moose was standing and looking at me but I just went around it ,and then it ran down a hill and sarted running next to me on the grass but then it ran up the hill and right in front of me and I got really scared but I kept running then I looked back and he was standing still and after a few seconds I looked back again an she was running really fast after me and I started running faster and then I woke up and could almost not move my legs 😕

  20. I was driving to work and a moose was standing by the side of the road. As I approached he then decided to cross. Coming home the moose was in the same spot waiting until I drove closer and then crossed. SAME SPOT SAME SIDE OF THE ROAD. What does that mean?

  21. I saw a moose in the middle of a road, he looked thin and weak, dishevelled. I wanted to go and help him. Before i knew it i was surrounded by crowds of people and I became scared for the moose and the people. The moose charged through the crowd, and ran behind a gropu of young children and charged at their backs. This was adream obviously. ❗

  22. I Dreampt that a moose was running around wild on its own then I remember looking away then when I look d back it was dead in a tree with a man & a woman.Very strange but vivid dream..I’d like to know its meaning as I think it has some significance ?

  23. Last night I had a vivid dream that I felt I had to look into and try and find some guidance, as have been having a very tough time for the last 5 years and have been feeling its time to give up.

I was at a harbour or a cove in Scotland and what looked like a sea lion or dolphin was flapping around just below the surface and you couldnt make out what it was. Then it walked out of the water and it was a baby/young moose, there were other people about and they were saying what is a moose doing in Scotland, and someone said it has come from Canada to see you. I felt I had to help the baby moose but couldnt get to it but it came out of the water and was ok and went off over the hills.

If anyone can enlighten me it would be a great help, thank you in advance.

    1. maybe also you feel like you need to be saved somehow when instead you could just change your mindset and trust everything will be okay. like the moose, it didn’t need saving, it just needed to walk out of the water, and know that it could/was possible. you don’t drowning by falling in the water, you drown by staying there.

  24. I dreamt about a moose who loved me. The moose followed me whilst I was in a moving vehicle the moose caught up to me , placed his head on my lap then snuggled into me.

    1. Its quite some time ago since i dreamth this. I jumped out the window on the backside of the flat I lived in with my mother, landed on the grass behind the flat. Then A large moose stepped out of the bushes surrounding the grass, we walked to each other, then he said something to me, i hopped on him or he scooped me up, then we smoothly started flying with me sitting on his head or antlers.
Now i dont remember what we said to eachother, or he to me, but i remember it feeling profound. I’m now curious to hear what u might think

  25. I had a dream I was in what seemed to be Colorado. Mountains, lake, nature all around and I was standing by this beautiful Lake with all of nature reflecting on it.. then a young moose emerged from the Lake. It was beautiful. The sun was so bright, everything was simply divine. Meaning? Thoughts?
    I’m grateful,

  26. I had a dream that I saw a man picking up a moose. There was a storm coming and the strong flood waters knocked it over. Just random and strange dream to me

  27. I had a dream of a herd of Mooses but there was one dead moose in the middle. I can remember this dream vividly as i was strongly disturbed. The moose was old but not thats old. Then as i was standing in the middle of the herd, a feather dropped into my hand. It looked like the third eye. A hawk landed on my shoulder and a wolf was beside me along with a horse beside that. The herd of Moose was gone except for the deceased one.
    Can you please explain this?

    1. Hi Chloe,

I was reading through my old dream archieves, and found a very similar dream like the one you described. It was 2.5 years ago that I had this dream, in which I was in a field with a girl and felt intense romance and joy. Suddenly there were all kinds of animals around us. Also a herd of moose, and one of them was dead. Just like in your dream and it was super vivid. The moose was dead, but it just stood there, being dead :s Then 2 bears started fighting with each other. And we looked at it for a while and then 2 cheetahs suddenly came to attack us, but there was this huuuge impressive dog that protected us. That last part sounds pretty scary, but the focus of this dream was mostly on the romance. So after reading this again, I started looking up what it could mean. So I ran through all the meanings of animals in dreams. The whole animal scene of that dream makes alot of sense of what happened to me during that time in my life. I keep reading that the moose represents strength. So… one dying, I think would mean that a part of our strength is failing. 2 bears fighting means inner conflict, which led to me being defenseless (the 2 cheetahs attacking) but… just like in your dream, there was this dog/wolf. If I’m correct they symbolize a guardian. So, if you’d ask me… I think your dream also shows that one of your strengths was failing. As the hawk stands for higher perspective, maybe that’s where that feather came from. Especially cuz it looked like the third eye, which is about intiution and awareness. So you are becoming aware of whats happening to you, about some struggle you’re having in life. The wolf and the horse, I’m not entirely sure about. They are both about wild energy and survival. So on one hand I thought maybe you become aware (hawk) of a failing strength (dead moose) which was caused by survival needs (wolf and horse). But as they were beside you, perhaps they represent some protective element. From within yourself, or a person in your life. Anyway, I believe it’s mostly about the hawk. Hope this helped : ) Mario

  28. I have been having dreams and various visions of moose. In various forms, but mostly adults. Some black but mostly brown. Some foot prints..some actual animals and at other times it is people mentioning the word moose out of the blue for no reason. Im starting to think Im loosing my mind, but inately feel like someone is trying to tell me something…I just dont know what. I feel strongly that some changes need to happen in my life..I need positive influences and strength. I have been told that I am very strong and at times been considered a leader in my comunity. But I feel that I need to muster extrordinary strength to pull myself and family through a particularly trying situation we have been encou tering with our special meeds daughter. Id really lime to know what the signifcance of the moose is for me though. Im starting to believe that he is my spirit guide or power animal. How can I get more information to build on the positve strenth and energy?

  29. I was on a yoga and meditation retreat this weekend with the intent of getting in touch with my intuition and finding some clarity around whether or not I should stay in my marriage or leave (nothing horrible going on). I went on a walk around sunset Saturday night and happened upon a clearing where a moose was grazing. At first I could only see its snout sticking out from behind a wood shed and thought it was a horse. Then it walked out in the open and I realized it was a moose! We both stood there watching each other for probably about 5 minutes, as the sun went down, before it sauntered off into the woods. I’m thinking this was a sign to empower me to be strong and make the decision to leave?

  30. I drempt that a very large black moose had charged me but fell before it got to me but then it walked away and played with the children out front of my home.
I’m very curious to see what this could mean. Does anyone know?

  31. I had a dream of a pure white moose and calf. The calf kept running to me and would not go back to the mother. I picked up the calf and took into this room where the mother was, she was laying down and when I walked in with her calf she rolled onto her back and I put the calf down on her,it began feeding. (The calf was also pure white)

  32. I dreamed that I found a baby moose the size of my palm under everything in my messy room as I was cleaning. I hadn’t taken care of him in a while and had forgotten about him. When I picked him up he started crying. I brought him to the bathroom sink to clean him off and comfort him In a wrapped towel.

  33. I dreamt that I was riding a cow moose. It was very friendly and kept trying to get me to ride it…..I finally did climb on it and ride.

  34. I had a dream where a moose was swimming across a lake at me. It was approaching quickly and I knew it was going to charge me once it got out of the water….I hurriedly rushed away and slid down a hill to where I knew there were others, whet I felt I would be safe …..

  35. 😮 i had a dream where i was climbing a snow peak and along the rigde line i found something to pull my self up with and grabbed it with my arm. it turned out to be the front leg of a dead moose. then a bobcat or lynx could not tell which, nuzzled its face into mine while i was hanging from the ridge, then it grabbed on my leg like it was attacking me. i pulled myself up the rest of the way and then the dream ended. anyone have any ideas on what this might mean?

    1. You must move on from the past. You have been given the gift of life on this planet; everybody makes mistakes, and everybody has done things they wish they could take back. A philosopher once asked one his disciples to stand up, and walk across the room. Once doing so, the philosopher asked his student to turn around to see where his footsteps are. They do not exist. The past does not exist. The only thing that is, is right now. You have the power to live your life knowing that. You have the gift to breathe life into that dead moose. You have been blessed with the gift to allow that lynx to help you up. You do not need to be afraid of it. Your totems are there to help you; sometimes you must face your fears to learn what they are teaching. This life is here so that you may learn from it and enjoy the journey. Love is your vision; love is your hands, your feet and your mind. Allow that to take hold and flow through you. Trust in yourself, trust in now and the moose and lynx will both be there to pull you up.

  36. I am the moose as I watch my grandmother walk threw fire.
She is fire, she is stomping it out.
I moose see life and death of other elders.
